We're looking for a hands-on leader who can run the job site and work right alongside the crew — framing, concrete, and heavy equipment. Build something long-term with a growing Valley company.

A working foreman who leads from the field
You'll keep projects on schedule, on spec, and safe — from laying out the work to running the machines. The right person is a skilled builder who can also lead a crew.
What you'll do
- Run day-to-day operations on active job sites and direct the crew
- Perform and oversee framing work
- Form, pour, and finish concrete
- Operate heavy equipment — bulldozers, backhoes, and skid loaders
- Read plans and lay out the work
- Coordinate materials, scheduling, and any subcontractors
- Keep the jobsite safe and the workmanship high
What we're looking for
- Solid experience in construction or site work, ideally in a lead role
- Hands-on skill with framing and concrete
- Comfortable and safe operating dozers, backhoes, and skid loaders
- Able to read plans and lay out a job
- Natural leadership — can direct a crew and keep them productive
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Dependable, takes pride in the work, wants to grow with a company
