MYERS MILLING & EXCAVATION GRAVEL GIVE AWAY CONTEST – TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Eligibility
  1. The contest is open to legal residents of Rockingham and Shenandoah Counties, Virginia, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
  2. You must be the owner of the property you wish to win gravel for and it must be accessible by the dump truck. If driver cannot safely access the property a new winner maybe chosen.
  1. Contest Period
  1. The contest begins on March 2nd and ends on March 30th.
  2. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
  1. How to Enter
    To enter the contest, participants must:
  1. Follow Myers Milling & Excavation on Facebook
  2. Like & Share the contest post on their timeline or story.
  3. Bonus Entry Tag at least two friends in the comments of the contest post.
  4. Bonus Entry: Share a photo of an area on their property that could use gravel, tag Myers Milling & Excavation, and use the hashtag #MyersGravelGiveaway.
  1. Winner Selection & Notification
  1. The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries using a fair and impartial method.
  2. The winner will be announced on April 2nd 2025 via Myers Milling & Excavation’s official social media pages.
  3. The winner must respond within 24 hours of the announcement to claim the prize. Failure to respond will result in the selection of an alternate winner.
  1. Prize Details
  1. The winner will receive up to 14 tons of gravel, delivered to their specified location within Rockingham or Shenandoah County.
  2. Delivery will be scheduled based on Myers Milling & Excavation’s availability and the winner’s preferred timing.
  3. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be used within 60 days of being awarded.
  1. General Conditions
  1. Myers Milling & Excavation reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of the contest rules.
  2. The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest if unforeseen circumstances arise (e.g., technical issues, fraud, or weather-related delays).
  3. By participating, entrants grant Myers Milling & Excavation permission to use their name, submitted photos, and contest-related content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
